Refunds and support
Falcon LLC Draft is $49 per year, per LLC. We would rather refund you than keep money from someone the app does not fit.
30 day refund
If Falcon is not right for your LLC, email support@falconllcdraft.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount to the original card. No form to fill in, no reason required.
Refunds are processed by Stripe and usually appear on your statement within five to ten business days.
Cancelling the yearly renewal
Your licence renews once a year so the app keeps getting the current tax year's forms and limits. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges, and your current key keeps working until the paid year ends.
Lost your key?
Keys are emailed the moment you pay. If it is not in your inbox or spam, email support@falconllcdraft.com from the address you paid with and we will resend it. There is no device limit, so you can use the same key on your laptop and desktop.
Getting help
Support is by email at support@falconllcdraft.com, usually answered within one business day. We can help with activation, importing statements, and understanding what the app produced.
We cannot give tax advice or file on your behalf. Falcon produces review ready drafts that you or a tax professional check and submit.
Falcon prepares a draft for your review. It is not tax advice and nothing is filed for you. Bank statements alone can't capture depreciation, basis limits, elections, or state filing requirements — you remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you file.
